Hello Students and Parents,
I am Mrs. Chapman, your English Teacher for the year. The 2020- 2021 school year starts my 9th year at Newark High School!
I graduated from Ohio State University-Newark with my Bachelor's in English in Spring 2011. Immediately entering The Ohio State University-Columbus, I continued my education with a degree for English Education, graduating in Spring 2012. GO BUCKS!!
In July 2013, I became the wife of my amazing husband, Justin. We enjoy traveling, hiking, and eating at new restaurants. In April 2018 we had our son, Liam; he is the absolute joy of our lives and we love him immensely! Together, we can't wait for what God has in store for our family!
I look forward to being your teacher this year and accomplishing great things. This year may be your hardest school year yet; but it will certainly be your most rewarding, if you are willing to put in the time and effort needed to succeed!!
